Karen Anderson, Help Desk Technician 
A dedicated desktop support technician, Karen completed IT school in 2002 with an Associate of Occupational Studies in Computer Systems Technology and holds two CompTIA certifications (A+ and NET+). She has a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems. 

Jonathan D. Aucoin, Solutions Architect  
Johnathan will serve as AVATAR’s new Solutions Architect Professional, bringing a wealth of experience in IT service management, network operations, and cybersecurity. Known for a strategic mindset and results-driven approach, Johnathan has a proven track record of optimizing system performance and leading cross-functional teams through complex challenges. We’re thrilled to have him on board to help drive our IT strategy and infrastructure to the next level! 

Kevin Fuller, Solutions Architect 
With years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Kevin is passionate about aligning technology with business goals to drive measurable impact. He’s led successful projects, streamlined operations, and built strong client relationships—always focused on practical, effective solutions. Kevin brings a forward-thinking, client-centered approach to every engagement across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Service. 

Jonathan Funes, Sr. System Administrator 
As a highly skilled System Administrator, Jonathan specializes in cloud computing, server management, and networking. He is committed to enhancing our IT environment through efficient and innovative solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability across our systems. 

Kendrics Hawkins, IT Operations Executive 
Kendrics joins us with extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in customer success, professional services, and AI-driven strategies, most recently from Liongard. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Tyler and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Kendrics is known for his collaborative leadership and commitment to driving growth and efficiency. 

Mary Liput, Project Manager 
Mary brings valuable experience in the IT and services industry, skilled in tools like Jira and Salesforce. With a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University, she excels in project coordination and customer service. 

Larry Smith, IT and Cybersecurity Support Engineer 
With over 30 years of experience and a strong military background, Larry is a customer-centric leader who thrives in dynamic environments. He is dedicated to empowering organizations to achieve their technological goals securely and efficiently, whether managing IT budgets, developing roadmaps, or troubleshooting complex systems. 

Elizabeth Wernick, Help Desk Technician 
With a strong background in tech support and CRM administration, Elizabeth is passionate about optimizing systems to enhance user experience and efficiency, providing exceptional support to help clients succeed. 

Bruce Victor, Sr. Help Desk Technician 
Bruce brings over 25 years of expertise in supporting Intermec by Honeywell products, including wireless access points and industrial barcode label printers. His background includes performing site surveys for Cisco and Aruba installations and providing global support for clients using Windows-based operating systems.
