Texas’s Largest Retina Practice Selects AVATAR to Manage its 30+ Surgery Centers Statewide

Texas’ largest retina practices initially engaged AVATAR for vendor selection and integration of a new unified communications platform which included advanced call center capabilities including IVR, skills-based routing, and omnichannel communications. This engagement led to a network optimization project leading to a new network addressing the bandwidth and security needs of 30+ locations. More recently, our client then selected Avatar to become the technical support for the organization corporate-wide.
